How long will it take to receive my order ?

Orders are packed and handed over to our delivery partners within 24 hours from Singapore. Once your order has been picked up, you can expect to receive it within the next 2 working days.

Do you ship outside of Singapore?

While we figure out a cheaper alternative for oversea shipping, we are currently using SingPost. International shipping charges are $35.00 (up to two decks) and $65.00 (three decks and above).

How does preorder work?

Preorder items are usually Kickstarter orders. If any delays in production or shipping occur, we will keep you informed with relevant updates. In the unlikely event when a Kickstarter did not fulfill their order, you'll be refunded 100% of the amount.

Can I self-collect my order?

Yes, self-collect is an option.

What types of payments are accepted?

We accept Paypal, as well as PayLah and PayNow. Payments are processed securely and your credit card information is never stored.

Can I return an item?

So sorry, we are unable to accept any returns and refunds on all orders unless a mistake was made on our part.
